For over 25 years, I have worked across residential and commercial real estate, investor advisory, land transactions, and developer consulting, helping clients make informed real estate decisions across Mumbai and Dubai.

Coming from a real estate family business established in 1985, and having started my career at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, I developed an early understanding of market dynamics, customer relationships, and the importance of long-term trust in real estate.

My primary expertise lies in luxury residential real estate, where I have advised HNIs, NRIs, corporate professionals, business owners, and investors on property acquisition, investment strategy, and portfolio creation. Over the years, I have built relationships with more than 2,500 professionals and decision-makers across diverse industries.

Alongside residential sales, I work with developers as a strategic advisor on project commercialization and sales performance, spanning launch strategy, pricing and inventory planning, product mix, go-to-market, sales channel development, branding and positioning, market feasibility, and investor outreach.

Having worked on both the developer and brokerage side of the industry, I bring a practical market perspective that combines buyer insights, channel-partner intelligence, and sales execution. I have also been involved in land advisory, sole-selling mandates, investor relations, and strategic assignments across multiple micro-markets.
